* Order Information
o We require a written purchase order for all orders by fax, mail or e-mail. Telephone orders must be followed up by fax,
mail or e-mail. Order will not be processed until an actual written or electronic purchase order is received.
o The purchase order should include the following information:
- Item name and item #
- Order Quantity for each item for each color
- Imprint color and location
- Delivery address
- Contact Name
- Delivery Due Date
- Shipment method
* Order Change or Cancellation
o We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
o We will accommodate changes and order cancellation prior to production only as emergency measure. A penalty charge
will apply. Changes to orders may affect thedelivery date and a new delivery date will be confirmed at confirmation
of order change.
o The normal delivery is 5 - 7 full working days from the receipt of order confirmation and signed approval of paper proof.
o Rush charge will apply for less than normal delivery lead-time.
o All Orders are F.O.B. Surrey, BC
o Goods are to be shipped on customers' carrier on freight collect basis.
o Goods lost and damaged after receipt by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not the factory.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received. Unauthorized
returns without our proper Return Authorization # will not be accepted.
* Color Registration:
When one or more colors are registered next to another, there may be a slight registration variance amounting to
approximately 1/32” inch in any direction on products surfaces. These tolerances meet industry standards for color
registration and are considered acceptable.
* Distortion Factor:
Due to the varied nature and curvatures existing in certain items, a slight distortion may occur when imprinting some
products with square, rectangular, round or oval images
